Australian psychedelic rock group POND are heading to Jakarta! Sonic Live and Stubhub Indonesia have confirmed the Perth quartet will be making their Indonesia debut on Sunday, November 26 at The Pallas, SCBD. The show comes in support of their latest EP The Weather.
Hailing from Perth, Australia, POND formed in 2008 by Joseph Ryan, Nick Allbrook and Jay Watson, established musicians who hit upon the idea of an all inclusive, ego-free collaboration. Apart from sharing Allbrook and Watson with fellow psychedelic fave Tame Impala, POND often work with the former’s Kevin Parker, who lends his drumming and mixing chops to Psychedelic Mango, Man It Feels Like Space Again and most recently The Weather, the band’s seventh studio album.
